Regarding the Terra Footwear billboards with the hot babes on them that those lousy protesters got taken down: Gee, I wonder what they think of the Tool Time girl on Home Improvement. Maybe they'll get those reruns banned, too. Heaven forbid if there was ever an actual TV show called Tool Time that utilized such a girl. Hey, maybe Terra Footwear should open their own stores and get their salespeople to be hot sexy babes that look and dress like that. It works for bars and bartenders. Nowadays, if you see a girl dressed like a slut, you don't say, "You look like a hooker," you say, "You look like a bartender." Hookers wear jeans now. Maybe Terra Footwear can take a cue from the bars. But the protests would probably continue, because the people doing the protesting over "hiring practices" or "employment conditions" would never become aware of the hot babe bartenders because the protesters are in bed fast asleep by the time bar culture takes over in the wee hours. Hooters has gotten just some protests, but that's logical, as that kind of business falls somewhere down the middle.
