Those new Daylight Savings Times that start next year have one horrible disadvantage. Formerly, you'd get an hour of extra Halloween party time on Saturday night the way the calendar fell. Now that extra hour will be on another week. Darn! (I wonder if until now what the birth rate was at the end of every July.....a spike perhaps, due to that extra hour? Hmmm....)
